The Light from Binah that goes down to the three columns is from the letters YH and the V, Zeir Anpin that connects Binah to the lower levels. The Light is arranged in three dots that is called Cholam, Shuruk, Chirik
The image below would explain the way it moves through the vessel and gives it life.
The lesson for us is to know that the Light comes from Binah into the vessel. There is a process of receiving the Light and moving it from one level to the next. Each Sefira is a vessel that receives the Light, gives it a ‘shape’ and lowers it down all the way to Hod. Hod holds the three dots that are named ‘Kubutz’ קובוץ, which has the root word and meaning of ‘to gather’.
The vessel is closed until Yessod opens the vessel to access everything above it. Yessod uses the Central column to funnel the Light from all the sefirot above to Malchut. Even though Malchut doesn’t have a Light of its own, it can adopt to any of the upper Lights.
The Hebrew Nikud (vowels) are also called תנועות ‘Tenuot’, which means ‘movements’ and that is the connection to the title of this study. The Hebrew letters are empty vessels until we add the sound with the Nikkud that gives it vibration and life. There are many Hebrew words that use the same letters but until we add the nikkud, the meaning could be anything. The Torah scroll doesn’t have nikkud and that means there is endless potential Light that it can hold and reveal. The number of possible lights/movements that the Torah can reveal is endless.
