Don’t miss today a special connection to the energy of sustenance with Parashat Haman. See: Spiritual tools for sustenance, health and miracles.
The Zohar tells us that the study at day and night is a unification of Zeir Anpin (day) and Malchut (night) as it is said in Genesis 1:5
“וַיְהִי-עֶרֶב וַיְהִי-בֹקֶר, יוֹם אֶחָד”
“And there was evening and there was morning, one day.”
The first part of the night is a simple dark night but after midnight the Holy One Blessed be He comes to the Garden of Eden to connect with the Tzadikim in heavens. This is the time that is best to wake up and study Torah, connecting to the Light reveled in the Garden of Eden.
